HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, seeks an HR Generalist II for the Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness Center in Bentonville, AR. The role focuses on recruitment, performance management and HR partnership to build a positive workplace culture.

You will support onboarding, staffing structures and staff development, while collaborating with leadership to drive engagement, retention and compliant HR practices across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR generalist experience with at least two years in employee relations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel and Power Point.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborative team player.

Responsabilités

• Support onsite leadership by driving recruitment initiatives and first-round screens.
• Partner with site leadership on staffing structure and workforce planning.
• Guide managers on onboarding, HR processes and employee relations.
• Analyze engagement data and help develop retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal employment regulations.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and support special HR initiatives.
