Job Summary Administers Human Resources programs for San Jose manufacturing facility. Ensures the organization's current and future HR requirements are met. Liaise with area managers to develop and implement HR strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organization's overall HR strategy. Effectively administers programs in accordance with established policies and procedures including EEO and ADA compliance.
This role will be based on-site at our San Jose, CA facility.
The pay range for this role is $122,800 - $221,000. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance.
