Job summary

Golden Spread Electric Cooperative, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist II to execute daily HR functions, including employee lifecycle, recruitment support, and compliance.

This role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration to support members and the workforce. The HRGII will manage HRIS data, lead interviews when needed, support branding, manage internships, and drive employee engagement initiatives while partnering with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage data in HRIS systems including Paycom, Echo Span, Power Apps, SharePoint and BI.
• Lead recruitment coordination and support hiring managers throughout the process.
• Oversee onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding in HRIS with offer letters and PAFs.
• Ensure HR compliance functions including I-9s, workers’ comp audits, and ADA requests.
• Participate in safety initiatives, surveys, and employee engagement activities.
