You will help drive compliance and equitable practices, support major ERP-related projects, and collaborate with campus partners to enhance workforce planning and student-facing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of HR experience.
• Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS systems (PeopleSoft/Workday).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment for faculty and staff and guide hiring managers on policies and best practices.
• Assist with job analysis, classification, and compensation data for informed decisions.
• Support employee relations matters and monitor evaluation cycles for compliance.
• Assist with HR initiatives and enterprise projects, including system implementations.
