Job summary

Woodgrain, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist II to support HR programs for the ATL Distribution Center and assigned locations.

You will provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, staffing, onboarding, compliance, performance management, leave administration, and other people-related matters. This on-site role requires strong judgment, discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to balance business needs with team member experience and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a distribution, manufacturing, logistics, retail, or other hourly workforce environment.
• HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, compliance, and HR operations.
• Serve as a primary contact for team members and leaders on HR policies, procedures, programs, and workplace expectations.
• Support employee relations matters by intake, fact gathering, documenting findings, investigating, and escalating as needed.
