Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a progressive HR Generalist role.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labour laws and employment equity.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to manage complex HR issues and multiple priorities in Randburg.
• Strong ethical conduct and commitment to confidentiality.
• Experience in managing HR projects is highly desirable.
