Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment by creating requisitions, screening applicants, and managing the recruitment process.
• Create offer packages and conduct background checks.
• Ensure compliance with EEO and regulations across Talent Acquisition.
• Support job descriptions, wage and benefits review processes.
• Analyze pay survey data to inform compensation decisions.
• Lead talent reviews and performance assessments.
• Administer engagement surveys and drive action plans.
• Coach management on employee relations issue resolution.
• Investigate complaints and ensure timely, equitable outcomes.
• Lead HR training on policies, development, and compliance.
• Prepare reports and present talent insights to management.
• Coordinate annual benefits enrollment and engagement activities.
