Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Three years of experience as an HR Generalist serving staff in personnel programs.
• SHRM or HRCI accreditation may substitute for a degree.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing and enforcing policy across HR programs.
• Support recruitment, selection, compensation, benefits, and leaves.
• Maintain confidential records and HR data integrity.
• Conduct HR investigations and coordinate with legal as needed.
• Prepare job descriptions compliant with pay equity and EEO standards.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and monthly benefit enrollment.
