Job summary

RHONDOS is actively seeking an HR professional to own the full recruiting lifecycle and support day-to-day HR operations as the team grows. You will source, screen, and move candidates through the pipeline while onboarding new hires and managing EOR onboarding with Deel and Rivermate.

You will maintain the Employee Handbook, oversee performance management processes, and ensure HR compliance. This role mixes remote work with regular onsite presence in Washougal, WA, serving the Portland–Vancouver

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience with a strong emphasis on recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to run a full recruiting lifecycle independently—from sourcing through offer.
• Experience managing an ATS and keeping pipelines current.
• Energetic, warm, and professional demeanor—culture ambassador in every interaction.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Local to the Washougal/Camas/Portland metro area with regular onsite presence.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for open positions across the organization.
• Conduct first-round culture-fit interviews and be the first voice candidates hear.
• Manage and maintain the ATS; keep candidate records current and pipelines organized.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and define candidate profiles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate candidate travel and interview logistics with the EA.
• Track headcount, hiring status, and pipeline health; report to leadership.
• Own onboarding and offboarding processes; ensure a smooth experience.
• Manage international EOR onboarding via Deel and Rivermate; payroll/Hr records in Gusto.
• Maintain Employee Handbook and HR compliance; support performance management administration.
• Serve as first point of contact for hiring/onboarding questions; maintain HR templates.
