Job summary

JennMar is seeking a Human Resources Generalist I to serve as the primary HR contact for multiple manufacturing facilities in Pittsburgh. The role handles payroll processing, benefits administration, records management, and policy implementation with strong customer service and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, with 3+ years HR experience; SHRM-CP/PHR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years HR experience required; multi-location ops preferred.
• SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred.
• Payroll processing and HR administration experience required.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Process hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Ensure policy adherence and respond to HR inquiries.
• Manage payroll and timekeeping alongside facilities.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and Open Enrollment.
• Assist with onboarding, investigations, and audits.
