Job summary

K2 Pure Solutions LP in Pittsburg, CA is seeking an HR Generalist to own core HR functions across recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits, training, and HRIS. This role requires confidentiality and the ability to connect with employees at all levels in a 24/7 manufacturing setting.

You will partner with leadership to administer payroll, safety programs, compliance, and employee communications while maintaining accurate personnel files and data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred; experience considered in lieu of degree.
• HRCI or SHRM certification desired.
• 2+ years of progressive HR experience desired.
• Prior experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns recruiting, onboarding and orientation processes.
• Participates in performance management and employee relations.
• Maintains HRIS and HR documents; ensures data accuracy.
• Administers payroll processes with third-party provider.
• Oversees safety programs, incident investigations and compliance.
• Drives employee engagement and internal communications.
