In this growing regional hub, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, handle employee inquiries, and assist with compensation and payroll processes. A strong HRIS and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Solid understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
