Job summary

Gordon Feinblatt LLC is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our Harbor East HR team. The role supports employee experience across benefits, compliance, performance management, and HR operations with a collaborative approach in a fast-paced legal environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong HR expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to work with employees and leaders firm-wide. The position offers a hybrid schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a comparable HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations (EEOC, FMLA, ADA, FLSA)
• Experience with HR data, metrics and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR analytics tools

Responsibilities

• Produce and track HR data, metrics, and reporting to support decision-making
• Maintain personnel records and manage the HRIS
• Assist with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and firm policies
• Serve as HR point of contact for inquiries
• Assist with policy development, audits, and HR projects
• Perform additional HR responsibilities as needed
