What Makes You Successful
The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and comfortable executing established HR processes independently, while knowing when to bring in leadership for higher-level or unfamiliar situations. You can shift from coordinating a new hire's physical to answering a benefits question, conducting an employee investigation, or working with a staffing agency — all while keeping the details organized.
You communicate effectively with employees at every level of the organization. You recognize that many employees work in the shop or field, so you don't rely solely on email — you pick up the phone, walk out to the shop floor, and build relationships.
Most importantly, you document what you learn, improve processes as you go, and leave things better than you found them.
