Amphenol Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR initiatives, employee engagement, and talent development at our Etters, PA campus. The role focuses on providing guidance on employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will partner with site leadership to drive salary planning, onboarding, and retention programs, maintain HR systems, and ensure adherence to state and federal laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, or HRCI certification preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance and transactional administration in employee relations, training and development, engagement, compliance, reporting, immigration, and documentation.
• Partner with management on workforce planning, headcount strategies, organizational design and talent development.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention and ensure legal compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
