This role partners with the Chief People Officer and People Growth Partner to manage employee relations, payroll touchpoints, benefits, and HRIS operations in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of HR experience in a multi-state environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and performance processes.
• Administer HRIS systems and generate key reports.
• Assist with payroll, benefits, and audits as needed.
• Partner with leaders to scale HR practices across locations.
