Qualifications

• BA/BS in HR or related field required.
• General Business & Employment Law acumen.
• Ability to operate effectively within a team.
• Willingness to travel between NW GA facilities including Dalton and Cartersville.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of the HR functions at Shaw, covering total rewards, HR compliance and employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, LOA, and more
• Conduct investigations
• Assist with associate experience projects at facilities
• Address associate concerns and determine best next steps
• Assist with maintaining staffing levels
• Provide support to the assigned business areas of manufacturing facilities and other areas of operations as needed
• Assist with succession planning and talent development
• Other tasks and projects as assigned
