MOATABLE US HOLDCO INC in Phoenix seeks an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle, own HR systems, and ensure accurate employee data. You will partner with our VP of HR and collaborate across benefits, payroll, compliance and employee relations.

This role emphasizes data integrity, process improvements, and a service-oriented approach in a fast-growing environment, with opportunities to shape HR programs globally.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of broad HR generalist experience across HR operations, benefits, employee relations and recruiting, including open enrollment cycles.
• Hands-on HRIS administration experience, including configuration, access management, workflows and reporting.
• Experience supporting performance management and advising employees and managers on HR matters.
• Working knowledge of benefits administration, leave requirements and core employment laws.
• Experience reconciling benefits or payroll data and partnering with Finance or Payroll.
• Strong Excel skills and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Own administration of HRIS and related tools, including configuration, workflows, approvals and reporting.
• Process hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, leaves, terminations and benefit elections accurately.
• Reconcile data across HRIS, payroll and benefits; investigate discrepancies and improve processes.
• Partner with Finance to align job codes, departments and cost centers across systems.
• Prepare reliable headcount, turnover, benefits and compliance reports; coordinate integrations and testing.
• Administer health and welfare benefits; manage open enrollment and COBRA coordination.
• Support recruiting, onboarding and performance management; guide managers and track timelines.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and work with Payroll and Finance on corrections.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA, FLSA and state laws.
• Coordinate international onboarding and global HR processes when applicable.
