Job summary

Moove seeks a Director, Global Payroll & HR Systems to architect and optimize our HR technology stack while directing payroll execution and onboarding globally. Based in Phoenix, you will automate HR workflows, lead HRIS implementations (Rippling preferred), and ensure data integrity across US, EMEA, and APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• CPP, HRIP, SHRM-CP/SCP certifications preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, Payroll, and HR Operations in strategic & tactical roles.
• Proven track record leading complex HRIS implementations and data migrations.
• Experience integrating Slack/Google Workspace into HR workflows; Rippling expertise a big plus.
• Knowledge of AI tools (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HRIS selections, implementations, and data migrations.
• Build and manage automated workflows connecting HRIS with Slack, Google Workspace, ATS, and finance software.
• Drive HR AI integration to draft SOPs, clean data, and reduce manual work.
• Create and maintain SOPs and process maps for global HR, payroll, and systems workflows.
• Own HR system health, vendor relationships, and system updates.
• Automate onboarding, lifecycle events, and offboarding for a global workforce.
