CNOOC International in Seattle seeks an HR professional to support our Houston office and coordinate with the Calgary HR team. You will help administer benefits, manage employee relations, and ensure policy compliance while supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, business admin, or related field.
• Knowledge of US labor laws and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main HR contact for Houston office and liaise with Calgary HR.
• Assist in planning, development, and modification of HR programs.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Stay updated on US labor laws and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate administration with Calgary team and internal stakeholders.
