You will manage employee relations, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, and assist with payroll and benefits administration. You will work closely with the HR team and department managers, focusing on energy sector projects and compliance with Texas labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field required.
• 1–3 years HR experience, ideally in oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of Texas employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Proactive attitude and ability to handle pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees smoothly.
• Manage employee relations and address concerns promptly.
• Develop and implement HR policies to comply with labor laws.
• Coordinate with department heads for staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Assist with benefits and payroll administration for accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide HR guidance to employees to foster a positive work environment.
