Qualifications

• Familiarity with payroll, benefits, leave management, and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of staff.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and employment leave programs.
• Conduct background checks and verify employee eligibility.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain knowledge of HR trends and regulatory changes; support performance management.
• Assist with payroll processing and respond to inquiries from staff and supervisors.
