Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public or business administration, human resources, or a closely related field, plus two years of professional HR experience.
• Five+ years of experience in at least two HR areas (e.g., HRIS, Recruitment, Comp & Benefits, Employee Relations, LOA).
• Five+ years of experience in an exempt-level Human Resources role (e.g., HR Generalist, HR Analyst, HR Consultant).
• Previous HR experience within healthcare, airline, financial services, or other highly-regulated industry preferred.
• Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt (or higher), or the ability to obtain within twelve months.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement HR strategies, programs, processes, and policies across hospital departments.
• Handle employee relations, labor relations, training, performance management, policy implementation.
• Support talent acquisition, compensation, HRIS, compliance, benefits, and workers’ compensation transitional duty.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports.
