Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR administrative or HR support experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and employee support.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees regarding benefits, payroll, policies, and HR-related questions.
• Maintain personnel files, training records, new hire paperwork, benefit enrollments, and terminations.
• Track and manage absence records, workers’ compensation claims, FMLA, vacation requests, and time-off documentation.
• Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and talent assessments.
• Coordinate employee events, safety training initiatives, and performance management support.
• Perform HR administrative duties, including filing, data entry, payroll updates, and reporting.
• Order and distribute uniforms and safety supplies.
• Support HR projects and initiatives that contribute to company growth and employee engagement.
• Maintain confidentiality while supporting a professional and positive workplace environment.
