This role covers payroll, benefits, leave administration, HRIS management, employee communications, engagement initiatives, reporting, and day-to-day support—offering a full-time, in-office setting with a strong emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in HR practices and employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS and HR systems.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollments and changes.
• Process biweekly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate and administer employee leave programs, including FMLA.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.
• Serve as a resource for HR policies and questions.
• Create and coordinate employee communications and events.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc HR reports for leadership.
• Support policy development and process improvements.
