The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning recurring HR processes while delivering excellent service to employees and leaders. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Orem.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll, benefits, and leave administration is required.
• Experience with HRIS and other HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Process biweekly payroll with focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate and administer employee leave programs, including FMLA.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.
• Serve as a resource for HR policies and benefits.
