Qualifications

• Familiarity with Employment Law and related tools or frameworks.
• Discipline to document while it’s fresh, not after it’s forgotten.
• Familiarity with scalable workflows and the appetite to reach them.
• 1 year of learning when to trust the process and when to break it.
• A point of view held loosely and defended well.
• Comfort being the newest person in the room and the loudest in the notes.
• A team player who lifts up colleagues and shares credit.

Responsibilities

• Pull the CO field team’s reality into the planning room.
• Decide which Westminster accounts get the white-glove treatment and why.
• Monitor industry shifts and advise leadership on strategic responses.
• Forecast demand and align operational capacity accordingly.
• Sequence the rollout so CO regions don’t all break at once.
• Build the pricing logic that a remote sales rep can explain in one breath.
