Alert Rescue LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations and a rapidly expanding workforce across multiple locations. The role covers employee records, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR systems.

Reporting directly to the Sr. VP of Human Resources, you will help establish processes and systems within a growing organization while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to employment laws in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 5+ years in human resources, generalist preferred
• Knowledge of FMLA, FLSA, ADA and related laws
• Experience with onboarding, benefits, payroll, HR compliance
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations and maintain employee records
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, I-9, E-Verify, and orientations
• Serve as resource on HR policies and employee questions
• Administer benefits enrollments and changes
• Assist with leave management and PTO tracking
• Support payroll processing and timekeeping
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and reporting
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws
• Assist with workers' compensation and return-to-work
• Collaborate with leadership across locations and travel as needed
