Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Illinois seeks an HR Manager to oversee all HR activities and partner with local leadership to ensure effective delivery of HR processes. You will evaluate HR issues, mediate employee relations, and lead talent management, performance reviews, and compensation processes.

Responsibilities include benefits communication, AAP management for OFCCP audits, and collaboration with TA on staffing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of management experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR activities, collaborating with local leadership to deliver HR processes and procedures as an HR Manager.
• Evaluate current and potential HR issues to deliver strategic responses and workforce plans with local business leaders.
• Balance conflicting viewpoints and mediate employee relations as a neutral party.
• Lead talent management, employee development training, and oversee performance reviews and compensation processes.
• Communicate benefits changes and manage Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) in collaboration with Compliance and Talent Acquisition teams for OFCCP audits.
• Measure performance using the HR scorecard and address concerns.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on staffing strategies, staffing calls, and hiring events.
• Other duties as assigned.
