Reyes Beverage Group is hiring an HR Generalist in Manteca, CA. This full-time, on-site role supports the local HR team with employee record administration, policy guidance, training, and interviews, while contributing to compliance and HR initiatives across the organization.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of related HR experience or a HS diploma with 5–7+ years in HR; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related HR experience or HS Diploma with 5–7+ years in HR
• Experience in employee records, training, interviewing, and policy guidance
• Experience with compensation, benefits, and HR programs preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the local HR team with employee record administration and policy guidance
• Assist in day-to-day employee management and HR compliance initiatives
• Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, and training
• Develop and maintain employee relationships across all levels of the organization
• Resolve complex HR issues and support engagement through investigations
• Stay current with HR trends and regulatory changes
• Other duties as assigned
