SnackCraft LLC in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You will act as a liaison between staff and management, handling recruitment, payroll, attendance, onboarding, leaves and documentation in a confidential manner.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring compliance with local and national employment laws.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• HRIS proficiency with HRIS systems like iSolve; payroll experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment of new employees including job description development and advertising.
• Process payroll and train on timekeeping expectations.
• Manage attendance policy programs and leave processes.
• Develop relationships with recruiting sources and support internal hiring managers.
• Create offer letters, job descriptions, and new hire communications.
• Manage orientation and onboarding for employees and interns.
• Assist in reporting and documenting workers’ compensation incidents and claims.
• Maintain HR records with confidentiality and support management with HR guidance.
• Oversee performance evaluation cycle and train staff on forms and reflections.
• Generate internal documents such as salary slips and warning letters.
• Educate new hires on HR policies and procedures; ensure regulatory compliance.
