Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1+ years of working HR experience.
• Familiarity with Workday (or relevant ATS/HRIS software).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all recruiting activities in the plant and collaborates with managers to identify hiring needs.
• Maintain open dialogue with all employees across all shifts and address questions with trust and confidence.
• Receives, verifies, records, and processes payroll and personnel changes; ensure SOX compliance.
• Assist employees with insurance questions and participate in benefits rollout for hourly and salaried staff.
• Handle verification requests and respond to reference inquiries and postings of employee information.
• Conduct new hire orientation and maintain probationary records.
• Prepare and coordinate hourly employee evaluations and wage increases.
• Prepare and maintain personnel reports and manage the uniform program.
• Plan and coordinate employee appreciation events and other company functions.
• Administer PPE and reimbursement programs and related ordering.
