Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on policies, performance, and lifecycle matters.
• Coach managers on performance expectations and difficult conversations; conduct or support investigations.
• Manage onboarding, promotions, transfers, leaves, and separations; ensure timely HR processes.
