Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 3+ years HR experience including full cycle recruitment, policy interpretation, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of FLSA/FMLA and payroll/benefits processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and data reporting.

• HR Administration, compliance, and employee relations support for staff.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities and job postings.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and policy interpretation.
