The School of Kinesiology at University of Michigan in Ann Arbor seeks a Staff HR Generalist to provide primary HR support, manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, and interpret policies. Reporting to the Manager of Staff HR, you will ensure compliant, timely responses to staff inquiries and collaborate with campus partners.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 3+ years HR experience including full cycle recruitment, policy interpretation, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of FLSA/FMLA and payroll/benefits processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and data reporting.
