Job summary

Transdev in Arcadia, CA is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support the management team with full-cycle recruiting and other HR-related responsibilities, emphasizing safety and customer service.

The role includes creating and maintaining employee files, onboarding paperwork, payroll and leaves management, benefits education, and compliance with background checks, drug and alcohol screens, and E-Verify requirements. A minimum of 2 years HR experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience or ability to handle all recruiting stages.
• Experience maintaining accurate employee files and onboarding paperwork.
• Knowledge of payroll and leaves management basics and benefits education.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities from posting to hiring through Jobvite.
• Create and maintain employee files and onboarding documentation.
• Manage payroll and leaves of absence, including FMLA tracking.
• Educate employees on provided benefits and corporate policies.
• Ensure compliance with background checks, drug and alcohol screens, and E-Verify.
