Job summary

Insight Global in Los Angeles is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support Communications, Brand, Creative, Media, and E-commerce teams. You’ll partner with managers and employees to guide employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR operations.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, records, benefits, and compliance while driving engagement and culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably as a Generalist.
• Experience with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
• Knowledge of California employment laws and HR compliance.
• Experience using HRIS platforms; Rippling preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• PHR/SHRM-CP certification and experience supporting creative, marketing, media, or e-commerce teams are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned departments.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and manager coaching.
• Maintain HR records, benefits administration, leave management, and compliance.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives.
• Improve HR processes, policies, and operational efficiency.
