Job summary

Swagelok Minnesota in Chaska, MN is seeking an HR Generalist who will partner with the business to own talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, benefits, payroll, and leave administration. You'll build relationships, influence decisions, and positively impact the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with HR processes beyond recruiting is preferred.
• Interest in developing a well-rounded HR career.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding for roles across the organization.
• Build relationships with candidates, colleges, community organizations, and other talent sources.
• Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
