Job summary

ACCESS is seeking a Human Resources Generalist (FMLA / ADA) in Michigan to administer day-to-day HR policies and programs across recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, performance management, and leave management. Under supervision, you will handle HRIS tasks, data analysis, SOPs, and compliance with federal/state/local laws.

Qualifications

• Experience administering HR policies and procedures.
• Ability to educate management and employees on HR programs.
• Experience with HRIS data management and reporting.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to conduct confidential investigations and support ER initiatives.
