Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Benton Harbor, MI is seeking an HR Generalist, Senior Analyst, Business HR to join our Global Human Resources organization. You will be part of the Professional HUB team, reporting to the Professional HUB leader and advising People Leaders while enabling BU strategy through HR tools.

You will support HR programs, partner on projects, and use data analytics to drive improvements across the organization. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of HR Business Partner or Generalist experience.
• 1+ years of Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR processes and provide program support.
• Advise and coach People Leaders for inquiries and issue resolution.
• Execute key strategic projects as assigned in a broad range of areas.
• Support HR annual processes and activity cycles with COE and Business HR.
• Partner with Business HR to identify and deliver HR projects.
• Identify and drive process improvements through data analytics.
