Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an HR professional to provide comprehensive HR support for our facilities, handling employee relations, performance management, training, Regulatory compliance, and recognition programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in HR within a distributed workforce, with travel up to 20%. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office is required; the position is on-site in Beachwood, OH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years providing general HR support in a corporate HR department with responsibility for employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employee recognition programs in a highly distributed workforce environment.
• Must be open to travel 20% of the time.
• Demonstrate proficiency in HRIS technology with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook required.
