Whirlpool Corporation in Benton Harbor, MI is seeking an HR Generalist/Senior Analyst, Business HR to join our Global HR team. You will support People Leaders with HR processes, coach leaders, and drive key strategic HR projects aligned to the BU strategy.

The role emphasizes data analytics, process improvement, and collaboration with COE and Business HR to enable business results at Whirlpool.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of HR Business Partner or Generalist experience.
• 1+ years of Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR processes and provide program support.
• Advise and coach People Leaders for inquiry and issue resolution tickets.
• Executes key strategic projects as assigned in a broad range of areas, as prioritized by the business Unit.
• Support HR annual processes and activity cycles through partnerships with the COE and Business HR.
• Partner with Business HR to identify and deliver HR projects that will enable key business unit results.
• Identify, develop, and drive process improvements through data analytics, feeding into the other HR areas.
