Responsibilities

• Process personnel and payroll actions, key payroll documents, and leave audits.
• Create vacancy, retirement and payroll folders.
• Research waiver and hearing requests.
• Scan documents into personnel record systems.
• Assist with drafting SOPs.
• Process personal liability insurance reimbursement claims.
• Initiate tentative selection notifications and disposition letters.
• Research and compile information on federal HR topics.
• Respond to applicants and staff; maintain employee files.
• Provide administrative support: calendars, calls, travel, meetings, agendas, correspondence, spreadsheets, mail, filing, SharePoint uploads and SOPs.
