Job summary

Generac is seeking an HR Generalist to implement and administer HR policies, support staffing with Talent Acquisition, and act as a consultative partner to supervisors and managers across manufacturing teams.

The role focuses on employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting hourly manufacturing employees in a seasonal environment and/or experience recruiting professional and technical employees.
• PHR certification.
• Workday experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal customer groups to coordinate HR programs and processes for a specific business function.
• Implement and enforce HR programs that drive engagement and performance.
• Advise supervisors and managers on employee relations and development.
• Administer compensation programs, salary planning and job evaluations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for staffing and employment-branding initiatives.
