Job summary

The role supports corporate events, orientations, engagement activities and training, acts as trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, and ensures compliance with laws and company policies while driving a positive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field OR equivalent experience.
• 2 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• PHR certification.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Workday experience.
• Experience recruiting hourly manufacturing employees in a seasonal environment and/or professional/technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal groups to coordinate HR programs within business functions.
• Implement and enforce programs driving engagement and performance.
• Advise supervisors on employee relations and development.
• Administer compensation programs, salary planning, and job evaluations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for staffing and employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies; support training initiatives.
