National Church Residences in Dublin, OH is hiring an HR Generalist focused on employee relations. You will coach frontline leaders, lead investigations, interpret policies, manage unemployment claims, and turn cases into insights that drive retention and engagement.

You’ll support HR projects across engagement, process improvement, and system implementations, collaborating with HRBPs and centers of excellence.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Working knowledge of employment law and ER best practices.
• Ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Guide frontline leaders and coach through performance issues, corrective action, and conflict resolution.
• Lead investigations; document findings and recommend fair outcomes.
• Interpret policies and employment law; update policies as the organization evolves.
• Manage unemployment claims and coordinate hearings.
• Turn cases into insight with confidential case files and turnover trends.
• Support HR projects in engagement, retention, process improvement, and system implementations.
