Job summary

National Church Residences in Dublin, OH is seeking an HR Generalist focused on employee relations to support frontline leaders through performance issues, investigations, and policy interpretation. The role sits in a hybrid setting, with occasional travel to communities as needed.

You will partner with HRBPs and centers of excellence to coordinate investigations, maintain confidential case files, and provide guidance on employment law.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of employment law and ER best practices.
• Ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels.
• Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Guide frontline leaders through performance issues, corrective action, and conflict resolution.
• Lead investigations, document findings, and recommend fair outcomes.
• Interpret policies and employment law for employees and managers; help update policies.
• Manage unemployment claims with vendors and operations leaders, coordinating hearings.
