Job summary

StoryPoint Group is seeking an HR Generalist to support leaders and employees in a senior housing and healthcare setting. You will advise on policies, employment practices, and compliance while handling day-to-day HR matters with discretion.

You will conduct low-level investigations, coach on performance management, and assist with onboarding and HR data administration in a people-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR required; degree in HR preferred.
• 24 years of progressive human resources experience required.
• Knowledge of employee relations practices, corrective action processes, and basic employment law.
• Strong computer proficiency; HRIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a first point of contact for leaders and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Coaches leaders on performance management, corrective action, and leave/accommodation requirements.
• Guides day-to-day employee relations issues including attendance and policy interpretation.
• Supports disciplinary actions up to terminations in alignment with policy and law.
• Conducts low-level investigations, gathers facts, and documents findings.
• Triages high volume inquiries using Salesforce case management and maintains records.
