Job summary

CRH Healthcare, LLC is seeking an on-site HR Generalist to join our Vinings, GA team. You will support payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave programs, while maintaining HR data in the HRIS and partnering with vendors for accurate, compliant administration.

You will also produce HR reports, analyze workforce data, and assist with onboarding, training, and HR initiatives to enhance employee experience and align with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of generalist HR experience spanning: payroll administration, benefits and general HR support.
• Experience supporting payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and build clear, accurate reports.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, payroll platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service mindset toward employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing and benefits inquiries, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
• Administer employee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations, including open enrollment support.
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS related to pay, benefits, and status changes.
• Partner with payroll and benefits vendors to ensure compliant administration of programs.
• Administer leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, state/local) and stay current on regulations.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports (headcount, turnover, compensation, benefits usage).
• Assist with onboarding, training, and employee offboarding, and support HR initiatives and processes.
