Job summary

Full Steam Staffing LLC in Fresno, CA is seeking an HR Generalist to support our temporary workforce and operations teams. The HR Generalist will handle employee relations investigations, resolve complaints, and ensure responses align with company policies and applicable employment laws.

This role requires at least 2 years of HR experience, strong interviewing and communication skills, bilingual English/Spanish, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience, preferably with a focus on Employee Relations or a similar HR role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR point of contact for employee complaints, workplace concerns, and employee relations matters involving the temporary workforce.
• Conduct prompt, thorough, and objective workplace investigations, including interviewing employees, witnesses, supervisors, and other relevant parties.
• Review employee statements, time records, communications, policies, and other documentation related to investigations.
• Prepare clear and detailed investigation notes, findings, and supporting documentation.
• Identify inconsistencies, missing information, and areas requiring additional investigation or follow-up.
