Full Steam Staffing LLC in Ontario, CA is hiring a Temporary HR Generalist to support client sites and the temporary workforce. The role focuses on employee relations, investigations, and resolving workplace concerns in accordance with company policies and employment laws.

The HR Generalist will conduct interviews, review statements, coordinate accommodations and leaves, and partner with HR leadership and Operations to drive timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years HR experience, preferably with a focus on Employee Relations.
• Experience handling employee complaints and conducting workplace investigations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, leave requirements (FMLA/CFRA), and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for employee relations involving temporary staff.
• Conduct prompt, thorough workplace investigations and interview relevant parties.
• Review statements, time records, and documentation related to investigations.
• Prepare investigation notes and determine appropriate resolutions with HR leadership.
• Coordinate leave requests and accommodations under applicable policies.
